Thank you for being a part of the Caring Hearts Helping Hands “Walk By Faith” 5K Prayer Walk. We are delighted that you have considered being a part of this spirit-filled occasion.

Below is the registration form that you must complete before the day of the event to be registered. Registration closes on Friday, October 22 at 6 p.m. Once you have completed the registration form you will be directed to a payment portal to complete the registration process by making your donation.  The donation for registering is $40.00 per individual.

Remember! the starting and finishing location will be at Oswald Park 2220 NW 21st Ave Fort Lauderdale 33311 commencing at 6 am.

All proceed in aid of a Thanksgiving Dinner Barbeque and Family Funday for the Community of Rock Island.
